I’m Karen — better known in the community as The Pink-Haired Lady — a proudly neurodivergent connector, advocate, and business relationship builder who believes that real connection changes everything.

What started years ago as small, heartfelt networking catch-ups has grown into something bigger — a nationwide movement of gatherings built on honesty, kindness, and purpose.

But here’s the thing…

We’re not just running “events.”
We’re curating gatherings that make people feel seen, valued, and remembered — gatherings that actually spark referrals, build collaborations, and create safe space for people to show up as themselves.
